- 2 cans green beans (drained)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In your Crock Pot, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until well mixed.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Set your Crock Pot to low and let it cook for 4-5 hours.
- Half an hour before it’s done, add in half of the crispy fried onions and mix.
- Just before serving, top the casserole with the remaining fried onions for that ideal crunch.
Notes
Use fresh green beans for a vibrant flavor. Experiment with spices for added flavor, and feel free to double the recipe for larger gatherings.
