Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In your Crock Pot, combine the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until well mixed.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. Set your Crock Pot to low and let it cook for 4-5 hours.
  4. Half an hour before it’s done, add in half of the crispy fried onions and mix.
  5. Just before serving, top the casserole with the remaining fried onions for that ideal crunch.

Notes

Use fresh green beans for a vibrant flavor. Experiment with spices for added flavor, and feel free to double the recipe for larger gatherings.
