 - 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
 - In a bowl, mix the sundried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour the mixture over the chicken.
 - Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
 - Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh basil.
