Description

A simple, delicious, and satisfying meal made with tender chicken breasts and creamy ranch flavors, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Add the cream cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the melted cream cheese and ranch mixture.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

This dish can be served over rice, with pasta, in tacos, or as a sandwich. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
