  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced potatoes and sliced kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the potatoes and kielbasa in the slow cooker.
  4. Top with a generous sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
