Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.
  3. Layer the fresh broccoli on top of the chicken.
  4. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over everything, making sure the chicken and broccoli are covered.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and juicy.
  6. Approximately 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
