- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Layer the fresh broccoli on top of the chicken.
- Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over everything, making sure the chicken and broccoli are covered.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and juicy.
- Approximately 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Notes
