A comforting and easy green bean casserole made in the Crockpot, perfect for family gatherings and holiday feasts.

- 3 cans cut green beans (14.5 oz each, drained)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz each)
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 6 ounces French fried onions (divided into two portions)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the drained green beans until they’re evenly coated in the creamy mixture.
- Add half of the French fried onions (about 3 ounces) to the green bean mixture for added flavor and crunch, and mix well.
- Spray the inside of the Crockpot with nonstick spray for easy cleanup.
- Spread the green bean mixture evenly at the bottom of the Crockpot.
- Cover and cook on Low for 120-180 minutes or High for 60-90 minutes.
- Once done, remove the lid and sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top for a crispy, golden finish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth in place of chicken broth. Mix in shredded cheese for an extra cheesy twist.
