- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Layer the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, halved baby potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic into your crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything.
- Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir all the ingredients together until combined.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
Notes
Feel free to use turkey sausage or a vegetarian protein as a substitute for kielbasa.
