Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, halved baby potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic into your crockpot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over everything.
  3. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir all the ingredients together until combined.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
