 - ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
 - ¼ cup beef broth
 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
 - ¼ tsp black pepper
 - 2 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Pat the sirloin cubes with paper towels to eliminate excess moisture.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until smooth.
 - Place steak cubes in the crockpot and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
 - Dot the steak with small pieces of butter.
 - Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the steak is tender.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
