- 1 cup teriyaki sauce (240 ml)
- 1 cup broccoli florets (90g)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the crockpot.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets and gently stir to combine.
- Shred the chicken if desired, then serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours before cooking. You can also add other vegetables for more variety.
