Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce (240 ml)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (90g)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the crockpot.
  2. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets and gently stir to combine.
  5. Shred the chicken if desired, then serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for a couple of hours before cooking. You can also add other vegetables for more variety.
