Description

Delightful wraps filled with juicy chicken, creamy mozzarella, and fresh veggies, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps (flour or whole grain)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and ranch dressing.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and fill them with the chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly, securing them with toothpicks if needed.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the wraps in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer, cut in half, and serve warm.

Notes

These wraps can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for longer storage. Reheat in an air fryer for best results.
