Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 4 large tortillas or wraps (flour or whole grain)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and ranch dressing.
- Lay each tortilla flat and fill them with the chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, securing them with toothpicks if needed.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the wraps in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, cut in half, and serve warm.
Notes
These wraps can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for longer storage. Reheat in an air fryer for best results.
