- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each diced chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they’re fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket and give them a light spray of olive oil.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, warm up the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Once the chicken is ready, place it in the center of each tortilla and top it with shredded mozzarella.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them in half.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious wraps!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze and reheat in the air fryer.
