- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your preferred sauce
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Lay out your tortillas or wraps. For each one, layer with a generous amount of shredded lettuce and the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling to add a creamy texture.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, placing them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil to help them achieve that desired golden crispy texture.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to substitute the sauce with your favorite dressing. Buffalo sauce or ranch work wonderfully!
