Description

A delightful blend of textures and flavors, these wraps feature crispy chicken and gooey mozzarella, making weeknight dinners exciting and easy.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your preferred sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Lay out your tortillas or wraps. For each one, layer with a generous amount of shredded lettuce and the chicken mixture.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the filling to add a creamy texture.
  5. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, placing them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  6. Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil to help them achieve that desired golden crispy texture.
  7. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once cooked, slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to substitute the sauce with your favorite dressing. Buffalo sauce or ranch work wonderfully!
