Description

Delightful wraps filled with crispy chicken and gooey mozzarella, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, and condiments of choice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Spoon an even amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
  5. Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil and coat them in breadcrumbs.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once cooked, slice and serve while warm, garnished with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of condiments.

Notes

For optimal crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs and avoid overfilling the wraps.
