Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, and condiments of choice for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
- Spoon an even amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Carefully roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil and coat them in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking for about 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, slice and serve while warm, garnished with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of condiments.
Notes
For optimal crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs and avoid overfilling the wraps.
