  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
  2. Peel, if desired, and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Pour ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. If using fresh dill, add and mix again.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
