- 1 box brownie mix
Instructions
- Prepare the mini cheesecakes by blending cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing into mini muffin tins to form crusts.
- Pour cheesecake batter over crusts and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Let cool before removing.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in melted chocolate. Layer with assorted fruits in cups.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, adding extra chocolate chunks. Bake as directed.
- Arrange cheesecakes, parfaits, and brownies on a platter for serving.
