- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2–3 jalapeños (finely chopped, seeds removed)
- 10 slices of bacon (cut in half)
- Toothpicks (for securing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the chopped jalapeños until fully combined.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and place it in the center of a halved piece of bacon.
- Wrap the bacon around the filling and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the wrapped appetizers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using low-fat cream cheese or turkey bacon. Serve with ranch or spicy mayo for dipping.
