  • 1 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs or flax eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil with the maple syrup and eggs. Add in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until completely combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the dish for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
