- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Mix in the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheddar until melted and creamy. Set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Crisp the Tortillas: In another skillet, lightly toast each low-carb tortilla until they are warm and slightly crisp.
- Assemble the Crunchwraps: Spread a layer of cheese sauce on each tortilla, followed by seasoned beef, sour cream, lettuce, chopped tomato, and extra cheddar cheese. Add jalapeños and cilantro if desired.
- Cook the Crunchwraps: Fold the tortillas over the filling, seam-side down, and cook in the skillet until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Slice in half and serve hot!
