- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth. Mix in the shredded cheddar until melted and combined. Set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add ground beef and taco seasoning, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Lightly toast each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 1 minute on each side until warm and slightly crispy.
- Layer each tortilla with cheese sauce, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and any additional toppings. Fold the edges inward to form a wrap.
- Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in a hot skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, flipping once.
- Cut the crunchwrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
