Description

Delicious keto crunchwraps filled with creamy cheese, seasoned ground beef, and fresh toppings wrapped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cup extra cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup jalapeño slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth. Mix in the shredded cheddar until melted and combined. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add ground beef and taco seasoning, and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Lightly toast each tortilla in a dry skillet for about 1 minute on each side until warm and slightly crispy.
  4. Layer each tortilla with cheese sauce, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and any additional toppings. Fold the edges inward to form a wrap.
  5. Place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in a hot skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, flipping once.
  6. Cut the crunchwrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
