A simple and flavorful crockpot meal with tender chicken breasts coated in a savory-sweet teriyaki sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Layer the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger, then stir well.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and add the chopped vegetables on top.
- Cover and let it cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and fork-tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken if desired and stir everything to mix the flavors before serving.
- Plate it over cooked rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you’d like.
