Description

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of burger buns
  • Oil for frying (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly but don’t overwork the chicken.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties that can comfortably fit inside your buns.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. If desired, toast the burger buns lightly in the same skillet for added flavor.
  5. Assemble by placing a chicken patty inside each bun. Add toppings like lettuce, sliced tomatoes, or extra sauce if desired.
  6. Serve the buns warm, and enjoy!
