Description

Juicy, spicy chicken patties served in a buttery bun, perfect for gatherings or a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup spicy sauce (sriracha or buffalo sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of hamburger buns
  • Butter for brushing
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, extra cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, spicy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the hamburger buns.
  6. Add toppings if desired, then cap with the top half of the buns.
  7. Brush the outside with melted butter and bake for around 10 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
