Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup spicy sauce (sriracha or buffalo sauce)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of hamburger buns
- Butter for brushing
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, extra cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, spicy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of the hamburger buns.
- Add toppings if desired, then cap with the top half of the buns.
- Brush the outside with melted butter and bake for around 10 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for longer storage.
