Description
Delicious chicken-filled buns with a spicy kick and cheesy goodness, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.
Ingredients

			- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
 - 1/2 cup hot sauce
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
 - 1 batch of bread dough (homemade or store-bought)
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Oil for frying (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat your frying oil.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, mayonnaise, cheese, salt, and pepper.
 - On a floured surface, roll out the bread dough and cut it into squares (about 4 inches).
 - Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each dough square.
 - Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal them securely.
 - If frying, place the buns in the hot oil and fry until golden brown. If baking, place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
 
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level by using more or less hot sauce. Pair with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
