Description

A quick and comforting air fryer grilled cheese sandwich that is golden, crispy, and filled with gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice!)
  • 2 slices of cheese (Cheddar, American, or any melting cheese)
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread generously.
  3. Place one slice of bread in the air fryer basket, buttered side down.
  4. Layer your cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping the sandwich halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, allow to cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

Pair with tomato soup or a salad for a complete meal. For a richer flavor, mix different cheeses.
