- 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for coating)
- Optional: sprinkles or chopped nuts for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few fudgy crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely. Once cooled, crumble them into fine pieces in a large bowl.
- Roll the crumbled brownies into 1-inch balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Coat each truffle in cocoa powder or add your preferred toppings.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, substitute vegetable oil with melted butter. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator or frozen for up to three months.
