  • Total Time: 90 minutes
  • Yield: 24 truffles 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Delightfully rich and fudgy brownie truffles that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for coating)
  • Optional: sprinkles or chopped nuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few fudgy crumbs.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool completely. Once cooled, crumble them into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  6. Roll the crumbled brownies into 1-inch balls and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Coat each truffle in cocoa powder or add your preferred toppings.
  8. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.

Notes

For a richer flavor, substitute vegetable oil with melted butter. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator or frozen for up to three months.
