A creamy, flavorful dip made with buffalo sauce, cheeses, and rotisserie chicken, perfect for gatherings and game days.

- 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie preferred)
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 diced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken and buffalo sauce, stirring until the chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
- In another bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Fold in the buffalo chicken mixture, diced green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking pan.
- Top the dip with the remaining cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Once done, let it cool for a minute or two, then serve it hot!
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or celery sticks. For a smoky flavor, consider using gouda cheese.
