Description

A creamy, flavorful dip made with buffalo sauce, cheeses, and rotisserie chicken, perfect for gatherings and game days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie preferred)
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken and buffalo sauce, stirring until the chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in the buffalo chicken mixture, diced green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×9 baking pan.
  6. Top the dip with the remaining cheddar cheese and the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Once done, let it cool for a minute or two, then serve it hot!

Notes

Serve with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or celery sticks. For a smoky flavor, consider using gouda cheese.
