This creamy, cheesy Buffalo chicken dip is a crowd-pleaser, perfect for any gathering and easy to make.

- 2 cups diced chicken (rotisserie preferred)
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 diced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken and buffalo sauce until fully coated. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder using a hand mixer until fluffy.
- Add the buffalo chicken, diced green onions, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture; stir until well incorporated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9 baking pan and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with your favorite dippers.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or crunchy veggies. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days or frozen before baking.
