- Prepare the Peppers: Slice your mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Arrange them on a serving platter or sheet pan for easy access.
- Mix the Cheese: In a small bowl, combine the fat-free feta and light Laughing Cow cheddar cheese wedges. Mix well to create a smooth mixture.
- Warm and Whip It Up: Microwave the cheese mixture for about 30 seconds to soften it, making it easier to mix. Add everything bagel seasoning and chili crunch, blending until fully combined.
