			- 1 large egg
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Italian seasoning, to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, both cheeses, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully incorporated.
 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the sheet, adjusting the thickness to your preference.
 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 17–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
 
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for optimal texture.
