- 2 cups crispy tater tots

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned beef and cook until browned.
- Meanwhile, cook the tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of cooked beef, a handful of crispy tater tots, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese in the center.
- Roll the tortilla, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Arrange the burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding spices like cumin or paprika to the beef. Leftover burritos can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for a month.
