Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into fritters.
  4. Place the fritters in the hot skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Remove from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
