- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Top the Brie with cranberry sauce and chopped pecans.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing it well.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Allow the Brie to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing to ensure clean cuts. If desired, garnish with fresh herbs or a drizzle of honey.
