Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Introduce shrimp to the skillet, cooking each side for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  4. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until well blended.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve over buttery pasta or with crusty garlic bread. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. For freezing, store shrimp without sauce.
