- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Introduce shrimp to the skillet, cooking each side for 2-3 minutes until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve over buttery pasta or with crusty garlic bread. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. For freezing, store shrimp without sauce.
