Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Top the chicken with the cream cheese.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Once done, use two forks to shred the chicken inside the crock pot, mixing it well with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions on top.

Notes

Serve over rice, as a filling for sandwiches, or with tortilla chips as a dip. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for 3 months.
