- 13 oz. – 16 oz. Frozen Peas (thawed and drained)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup Purple/Red Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Real Bacon Bits
Instructions
- Thaw the peas: Place your frozen peas in a colander and run cold water over them until they are thawed. Let them drain completely.
- Prepare the dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Mix it up: Add the thawed peas, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, and bacon bits to the dressing. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
