Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms are soft.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed vegetables, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
