A quick and comforting one-pan meal that combines chicken and buttery noodles for a satisfying dinner.

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 8 oz noodles (any type you prefer)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente.
- Stir in the remaining butter and the cooked chicken. Mix until well combined and heated through.
- Dish out the meal while hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a creamier version, stir in a splash of heavy cream after adding the chicken back. Feel free to use different pasta shapes or incorporate veggies for added flavor.
