  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Non-Vegetarian

Description

A quick and comforting one-pan meal that combines chicken and buttery noodles for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 8 oz noodles (any type you prefer)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente.
  6. Stir in the remaining butter and the cooked chicken. Mix until well combined and heated through.
  7. Dish out the meal while hot and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a creamier version, stir in a splash of heavy cream after adding the chicken back. Feel free to use different pasta shapes or incorporate veggies for added flavor.
