- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 ounces egg noodles (or any pasta of your choice)
- 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles, cooking until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
- Once done, return chicken to the skillet, add remaining butter, and stir until well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Pair with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen separately for best texture.
