Description

A warm, satisfying dish combining tender chicken and buttered noodles, perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 ounces egg noodles (or any pasta of your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add egg noodles, cooking until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  6. Once done, return chicken to the skillet, add remaining butter, and stir until well combined.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Pair with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen separately for best texture.
