Delightful turkey roll-ups filled with savory stuffing and smothered in creamy gravy, perfect for busy weeknights or holiday gatherings.

- 8 slices of good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1 (5 oz.) package of dry Stuffing Mix
- 1 (10 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 (18 oz.) jar of Turkey Gravy
Instructions
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy. Stir until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon ¼ cup of prepared stuffing onto each turkey slice, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the baking pan.
- Pour about 1½ cups of gravy over the turkey rolls and optionally sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- While the casserole bakes, warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Serve with warm gravy poured over the top.
Notes
Feel free to swap turkey for chicken or use gluten-free stuffing mix. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
