Description

Delightful turkey roll-ups filled with savory stuffing and smothered in creamy gravy, perfect for busy weeknights or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of good quality Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 (5 oz.) package of dry Stuffing Mix
  • 1 (10 oz.) can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar of Turkey Gravy

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and turkey gravy. Stir until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Spoon ¼ cup of prepared stuffing onto each turkey slice, roll tightly, and place seam side down in the baking pan.
  5. Pour about 1½ cups of gravy over the turkey rolls and optionally sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. While the casserole bakes, warm the remaining gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Serve with warm gravy poured over the top.

Notes

Feel free to swap turkey for chicken or use gluten-free stuffing mix. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
