- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 grams)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark)
- ½ cup butter (salted or unsalted, softened)
- 2–4 tbsp milk (more or less as needed)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (omit if using salted butter)
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Microwave the flour in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (approximately 40-60 seconds) or bake it in a preheated oven at 350°F for 3-5 minutes. Let it cool.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the cooled flour, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough reaches your desired consistency.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Enjoy immediately!
