Filled tomatoes

Filled tomatoesAppetizer for 4 persons:

4 tomatoes

100 gr. mozzarella

2 young onions

200 gr. meat pate (canned)

 

Preparation:

Cut the top part of tomato and remove inside part

Cut mozzarella and young onion into pieces

Place pate, mozzarella and young onion together and mix well.

Fill the empty tomatoes with the mixture

This appetizer goes well with white wine
