- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add in the green beans and blanch for about 3 minutes until they turn bright green.
- Drain the beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to halt the cooking process.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté just until fragrant.
- Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Toss them to coat evenly in the garlic-infused oil.
- Sauté everything together for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy the burst of flavor!
