Description
Delightful bite-sized portions of tender roast beef in slider buns, topped with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese, served with savory broth for dipping.
Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Roast beef
- Caramelized onions
- Swiss cheese
- Beef broth
- Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of the top halves of the buns.
- Place the top halves on the sliders.
- Heat the beef broth in a saucepan and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the broth around the sliders in the baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with additional broth on the side for dipping.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months.
