Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
- Freeze for at least 120-180 minutes, or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Feel free to swap peanut butter for almond butter or a nut-free alternative. For an extra touch, roll them in crushed nuts or sprinkles before freezing.
