Description

Delicious and healthy frozen treats made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Honey or sweetener to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
  4. Freeze for at least 120-180 minutes, or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Feel free to swap peanut butter for almond butter or a nut-free alternative. For an extra touch, roll them in crushed nuts or sprinkles before freezing.
