Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. If using, gently fold in chocolate chips or granola.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
  5. Remove from molds and store in a sealed container in the freezer.

Notes
