Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup granola (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- If using, gently fold in chocolate chips or granola.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in a sealed container in the freezer.
Notes
For a nut-free option, substitute almond butter. You can also use agave syrup instead of honey.
