Description

These frozen bites combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a creamy, guilt-free snack that satisfies sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  2. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and mix thoroughly.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in small dollops.
  5. Place in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, carefully remove from molds and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
