Delightful mini dessert cups made with creamy Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, and topped with fresh berries.
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3–4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- Berries of choice for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until you have a sticky dough.
- Line a muffin pan with muffin liners. Scoop a spoonful of the granola mixture into each muffin cup, pressing down firmly to create a solid base.
- Dollop a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt on top of the granola layer in each cup.
- Decorate with chosen berries and any leftover granola.
- Place the muffin pan in the freezer to set for at least 4 hours, allowing them to thaw slightly before serving.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. Allow to thaw before serving for better texture.
