- 2 apples, diced
- 1 kiwi, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 4 tortillas
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced apples, kiwi, strawberries, and raspberries.
- Drizzle the mixture with lime juice and honey if desired. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
