  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and mix it with the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just blended.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
