Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl, then mix in sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until thoroughly combined.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan, then spread chocolate frosting on top and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
